商业街是多功能、多业种、多业态的商业集合体,是满足人们购物、休闲、娱乐等综合消费需求的重要载体。日本商业街不同于欧美国家,大都扎根于当地社区,强调为外来旅游者和本地区居民的多样化消费需求服务,主张发挥各自特色而不雷同,显示其独特个性,以此增强吸引力,在改造和建设商业街时非常注重硬件和软件要素。本文深入分析日本商业街发展的现状和特点,面临的新情况和新问题,以及政府、社会、企业各界采取的对策,为我国发展特色商业街提供参考和借鉴。
