摘要
提出了一种新的刮板输送机故障监测系统的方案,可以通过监测装置自动监测刮板输动机的运行状态,当其发生故障时能够及时发出报警信息,能够掌握刮板输动机的运行状态,保证生产的正常运行,提高了工作效率。
A new method of fault monitoring device for scraper conveyor was presented, it could automatically monitor the running state of the scraper conveyor by means of the detecting device. When the scraper conveyor is out of order, it could send out alarm information in time to avoid the deterioration of the situation, mastering the operation of the scraper conveyor,ensuring the normal operation of production and improving the work efficiency.
