摘要 叶巴滩水电工程规模巨大,施工难度高,采用科学的方法优选出安全、经济、合理的施工初期导流标准意义重大。结合该工程施工期特点,基于风险分析理论,从历史洪水、实测洪水、初期导流风险率、风险决策等多方面展开了系统分析。结果表明,叶巴滩水电站施工初期导流标准选择20 a一遇洪水是科学合理的。分析方法可为高拱坝施工初期导流标准的优选提供借鉴。 Yebatan Hydroelectric Project is characterized as large scale and very difficult in construction,so adopting scientific method to choose safe,economic and reasonable construction diversion standard is important. According to the project characteristics during the construction stage,and based on risk analysis theory,a systematic analysis was carried out from several aspects such as historical flood,measured flood,initial river diversion risk and risk decision. The analysis results show that using 20-year- frequency flood as the diversion standard during initial construction stage is scientific and reasonable. The analysis results can provide reference for river diversion standard optimization of high arch dams during initial construction stage.
