摘要
培养创新能力强、适应社会经济发展需要的高质量工程技术人才是卓越工程师教育培养计划(简称"卓越计划")的直接目的。作为首批"卓越计划"的试点专业,南京工业大学化学工程与工艺专业致力于培养一批化工行业急需的工程技术人才。化学工艺学是化学工程与工艺专业的核心课程,在卓越工程师的培养中发挥着举足轻重的作用。我们结合化学工艺学教学经验,从编写工程应用型教材、创新课堂教学方法和全面培养学生能力三个方面对课程教学进行了思考与实践,以期为卓越工程师的培养做出贡献。
The direct purpose of ＂Excellent Engineer Training Plan＂ （Excellent Plan） is to cultivate high quality engineers and technicians with innovative mind that meeting the demand of social economy devel opment. Chemical engineering and technology in Nanjing Tech University is the first pilot specialty of Excellent Plan, and aims to cultivate talented engineers and technicians urgently needed by chemical in dustry. Chemical technology is the core course of chemical engineering and technology, and it plays an important role in the cultivation of excellent engineer. On the basis of our teaching experiences on chemi- cal technology, thoughts and practice on writing engineering and applied textbooks, innovating teaching methods and comprehensive improving students＇ capacity are proposed in this paper, which is expected to contribute to the cultivation of excellent engineer.
