摘要
结合吉林石化公司乙烯厂除盐一级制水装置生产现状,对反渗透制水工艺进行分析,成功利用反渗透技术对一级除盐制水系统进行扩能改造,解决了制约生产的瓶颈问题。同时在满足生产需求的前提下,对其产生的浓水进行全部回收,在减少传统的离子交换床再生酸碱消耗的同时,减少了大量废水的排放,降低了除盐制水成本。
The authors analyzed reverse osmosis water production crafts.Combining the production status of primary demineralixation water production device of Jilin Petrochemical Ethylene Plant, we solved the bottleneck problem restricting production, by the successful capacity enlargement and re- moulding on primary demineralixation water production system by using reverse osmosis technology. Under the premise of meeting production needs,the concentrated water produced in crafts was full recycled.The consumption of regeneration acid and base in conventional ion exchange beds was reduced, at the same time both the wastewater emissions and the operating costs were cut.
