摘要
通过测试不同龄期机制砂混凝土抗压强度、干燥收缩、碳化深度和氯离子迁移系数,研究了稻壳灰掺量对硬化机制砂混凝土性能的影响,并分析了影响机理。结果表明:稻壳灰降低了机制砂混凝土早期抗压强度,但提高了后期强度,其掺量为15%时,达到最大值;稻壳灰提高了机制砂混凝土抗碳化性能,其中以掺量为15%改善效果最好;稻壳灰降低了机制砂混凝土干燥收缩,提高了机制砂混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,且随着其掺量地增加,改善效果越来越好。
The effect of rice husk ash dosage on the performance of concrete with manufactured-sand was studied by testing compressive strength, drying shrinkage, carbonation depths and chloride ion migration coefficients at different ages. And the corresponding mechanism was analyzed also. The results indicate that rice husk ash decreases the compressive strength of concrete with manufactured-sand at early age, but increases the compressive strength at later age, reaching the highest value with the dosage of 15% rice hush ash; rice husk ash increases the resistance to carbonation of concrete with manufactured-sand, and the improvement is best with the dosage of 15% rice hush ash; rice hush ash decreases drying shrinkage of concrete with manufactured-sand and increases the resistance to chloride ion penetration, and the improvements are better with the increase of the dosage of rice hush ash.
