摘要
目的：研究碘-131对治疗甲状腺功能亢进的远期疗效及其与抗甲状腺药的比较。方法选取2010年8月至2012年8月甲状腺功能亢进症患者100例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组使用碘-131进行治疗，对照组使用抗甲状腺药（ ATD）进行治疗，比较两组患者用药后的远期疗效、复发率和不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者使用碘-131后，治愈46例，有效3例，无效1例；对照组使用ATD后，治愈33例，有效10例，无效7例，观察组有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。观察组出现不良反应24例，对照组出现不良反应11例；观察组复发2例，对照组复发10例，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论甲状腺功能亢进患者使用碘-131的远期疗效比使用ATD药物的患者疗效显著，且复发率更低，值得临床上推广和使用。
Objective To study the long term curative effect of iodine-131 in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and its comparison with anti-thyroid drugs. Methods One hundred patients with hyper-thyroidism from August 2010 to August 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with iodine-131,while the control group were treated with anti-thyroid drugs（ ATD）. The long-term curative effect,recurrence rate and in-cidence of adverse reactions in the two groups after drug use were compared. Results In the observation group after using iodine-131,there were 46 cases cured,3 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffec-tive. In the control group after using ATD,there were 33 cases cured,10 cases were effective and 7 ca-ses were ineffective. The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant（ P﹤0 . 05 ）. There were 24 cases in the observation group and 11 cases in the control group with adverse reactions . There were 2 cases of recurrence in the observation group and 10 cases in the control group（ P﹤0 . 05 ）. Conclusions The long-term curative effect of iodine-131 in patients with hyperthyroidism is better than that of using ATD and the recurrence rate is lower,so it is worth promoting and clinical application.
