摘要
为探究隧道管片在地层作用下承受的内力,分别采用解析法和有限元方法对盾构隧道管片的内力分布特性进行了模拟分析,并且对两种计算方法得到的混凝土管片内力分布特性进行了比较分析.计算结果表明:有限元方法得到的管片内力分布与解析方法得到的结果相同,但在最危险的位置有限元法得出的结果偏大30%.根据有限元模拟分析得到的最大弯矩和最大轴力以及混凝土结构设计规范,完成了盾构隧道管片配筋设计.
Analytical procedure was used widely in calculation of shield tunnel segments. In order to discuss its accuracy, the internal forces of shield tunnel segments were computed by means of analytical procedure and finite element method respectively. The distribution characteristics of internal forces on segments with two calculating procedures were compared. The computational results show that the distribution of internal forces under the two methods is same. But the maximum bending moment and the axial force on segments computed by FEM is 30% higher than values calculated with analytical procedure. Based on bending moments and axial forces computed with FEM and code for design of concrete structures, the design of reinforcement bars on segments was performed.
