摘要
针对棉花加工之初始阶段(即去籽、弹花、纺纱阶段)所涉及之典型的传统棉花加工器具,如轧花机、弹花弓、手摇纺车等,从设计学的本体语言(功能、选材、工艺、形态)对其展开分析,研究设计学视野下的传统棉花初加工器具设计特点。传统棉花加工采用手工技艺,器具结构组合巧妙,操作工序繁复又不失精湛,各项性能良好,成品质地柔软,体现出古人善假于物,物尽其用,因地制宜的设计意识。
Aiming at the initial stage of cotton processing(Seeded,spent shells,spinning line stage),the typical of the three links involved in the traditional cotton processing equipment,such as cotton gin,cotton f luffer,hand reeling machine,etc,from the ontology language of design(function,material selection,process,form)analysis.Research of the traditional cotton early processing equipment design on design vision characteristics.Traditional cotton processing using manual techniques,ingenious structure composition,operation process and do not break,finished product quality of a material soft,various performance is good.Reflecting the ancient people good false,make,adjust measures to local conditions of design consciousness.
