摘要
曾经遍布城乡各地的传统手工艺行业,在我国社会走向近代化的历史过程中,已经渐渐地退出了历史舞台,尤其是乡村传统手工艺人在社会变迁的洪流中,其生存状况发生了巨大的变化。手工艺人利用自身所拥有的手工技艺和资本积累,或是迁徙城镇谋生,或是坚守乡村从业,其生存的基本策略被史学家分析为是一种新的生存博弈。本文借此历史背景为考察线索,探寻我国传统手工业艺人群体在近代化进程中所遭遇到的种种生存困境,以揭示其生存博弈问题的实质。本文所论,试图将我国近代手工艺史和手工艺人群体生存状况的专题研究推向深入。
The traditional handicraft industry once all over our country in both urban and rural areas has been gradually withdrew from the stage of history in the historical process of modernization in China's society.Especially the living situation of traditional craftsmen in rural areas changed greatly in the flood-like social changes.Making use of their own handicrafts and accumulated capital,they migrate to towns to survive,or adhere to the rural,and their basic surviving strategy is analyzed by historians as a new game of survival.Taking this historical background as the clue of investigation,this paper explores various predicaments Chinese traditional craftsmen encountered in the modernization process,in order to reveal the facts of the question of survival game.This paper tries to put the special subject research about China's modern history of Arts and crafts and craftsman group's survival situation in a further manner.
