摘要
通过CA砂浆常、高温拌和试验,利用流动性、泌水率、耐温性和强度等性能研究进行XYT P.II52.5、HL P.I52.5、HL P.II52.5、HL P.II42.5R、JNY P.II52.5和JNY P.II42.5R 6种水泥初步优选,又通过不同批次水泥导致CA砂浆用水量、扩展度和泌水率等性能产生的波动进一步优选,并研究了粗砂比例对CA砂浆拌合物性能、流动性和砂浆状态的影响,试验结果表明HL P.II 52.5水泥最适宜进行CA砂浆的制备。
By CA mortar mixing test, liquidity, exudation rate, temperature and strength performance had been studied to make the preliminary optimization of cement type including XYT P.II52.5、HL P.I52.5、HL P.II52.5、HL P.II42.5R、JNY P.II52.5 and JNY P.II42.5R. Performance fluctuates of water consumption, extension and bleeding according to the different batches of cement had been tested to make further optimization. The results showed that HL P.II 52.5 was the best fit for CA mortar. Also the effect of the coarse sand ratio on the properties of CA mortar mixture including liquidity and flowage condition.
