摘要 柴胡桂枝干姜汤源于《伤寒论》小柴胡汤,在临床应用中涉及呼吸、消化、内分泌、妇科等多种疾病,应用较为广泛。在消化系统疾病治疗中,柴胡桂枝干姜汤涉及胃肠型感冒、胃食管反流病、功能性消化不良、溃疡性结肠炎、肠易激综合征、胆囊疾病、肝脏疾病等多个方面。结合柴胡桂枝干姜汤临床应用及应用机理发掘其在临床的应用规律,以便在临床应用中达到一矢中的的效果,并为后来者应用柴胡桂枝干姜汤提供临床依据,为进一步明确药方的药理作用机制提供临床基础。 Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction comes from Xiaochaihu Decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which has been widely applied in a variety of diseases such as respiratory diseases,digestive diseases,endocrine diseases,gynaecology diseases. In the treatment of digestive system disease,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction was widely used in gastrointestinal cold,gastroesophageal Reflux disease( GRED),functional dyspepsia( FD),ulcerative colitis( UC),irritable bowel syndrome( IBS),gallbladder diseases,hepatic disease and so on. We combined the clinical application with the mechanism of it to explore the law of the clinical application in order to achieve a victory in clinical applications. So that we can provide the clinical basis for newcomers to use Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and provide the clinical basis for them to get further clear prescription of pharmacological mechanisms.
