汽车企业创新知识金字塔构建

Construction of a Pyramid Model of Innovation Knowledge Structure of Automobile Enterprise

摘要 文章围绕企业创新,构建了企业知识金字塔架构,分析知识架构对汽车企业创新和企业获得市场垄断地位的重要意义。同时结合汽车发展趋势,分析了智能化环境下的汽车知识架构,对汽车企业完善技术规划及核心人才布局有一定借鉴意义。 Based on enterprise innovation, a pyramid model of knowledge structure is con- structed, and the great significance of which to automobile enterprise innovation and establish monopoly is analyzed. Combined with the trend of automobile industry, the knowledge structure of vehicle intelli- gence is also analyzed, which can guide the enterprise to improve the technical planning and core tal- ent distribution.
