摘要
针对实际施工中对扫地杆是否搭设和搭设质量的忽视,在实验室搭设高度为4.0m,3×3跨,跨度0.95m,步距1.3m的满堂扣件式钢管脚手架竖向加载的实体实验,通过设置纵横向扫地杆,去除横向扫地杆,再去除纵向扫地杆分析对架体承载力影响,并与ANSYS有限元模拟结果对比分析,得出去除扫地杆对脚手架立杆承载力有明显影响,所以实际工程中要高度重视扫地杆对架体的影响,此实验结论为现场搭设架体的技术人员提供借鉴。
For the neglect of erecting and the erection quality of actual construction. In the laboratory entity erection experiments,height of 4. 0m,3 × 3 cross,span 0. 95 m,step 1. 3m of full steel tubular scaffold vertical load. By setting the vertical and horizontal sweep shot,removing the lateral sweep shot,and then removing the longitudinal sweep shot,analyzing the impact on the rack rod bearing capacity,and simulating results comparative analysis with ANSYS finite element software. concluding that the removal of sweep shot has a significant effect on the bearing capacity of the scaffold pole. So the actual work should attach great importance to the impact of the frame body of sweep shot. This experimental results provide reference for technical personnel of onsite erection of the frame body.
