摘要
高校思政课教师是一支承担重要使命的特殊教师队伍,而能否承担起历史使命的关键在于其综合素养是否过关。本文以综合素养为核心,从党和国家发展对教师提出的新要求出发,认为高校思政课教师队伍的综合素养总体上值得肯定,但也存在着两极分化、教学能力一般化、科研水平平庸化、综合实力弱化等一系列问题,其成因主要包括思政课教师事业心不够强等主观原因和考核评价机制不科学等客观原因两大方面。立足上述主要问题及其成因,本文也提出了一些破解难题的对策。
College ideological and political teachers are a special group who bear an important mission, and the key whether they can undertake the historical mission is their accomplishment level. This paper, taking accomplishment as the core and starting from the new requirements of the Party and state, comes to a conclusion that college ideological and political teachers＇ accomplishment is high, but there still exist many problems, such as the polarization, weak pedagogic ability, mediocre scientific research level poor comprehensive ability and so on. The causes for these problems include weak devotion of the teachers and the unscientific evaluation mechanism. In view of the problems above, some countermeasures are put forward.
