摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,云计算技术被广泛应用在各个领域,基于云计算的信息安全问题也日益受到研究关注。针对用户名密码方式易于被窃取盗用,提出基于Gabor滤波结合PCA-ICA的人脸识别方法进行身份认证。为确保信息零泄露,提出一种新的线性加密算法,对特征向量进行随机化加密。实验表明,该方法既保证了用户身份认证的识别率,并且由于略去了加密解密的繁琐过程,该方法的算法复杂度和通信复杂度都较之同态加密算法大幅减少,对大数据环境下用户信息安全研究具有一定的指导意义。
With the development of big data and cloud computing, information security issues have become much more important. This paper proposes a novel privacy-preserving face recognition method based on Gabor filters and PCA-ICA feature extraction and random encryption, which ensures zero-data disclosure and outperforms homomorphic encryption based algorithm in terms of computational and communication complexity. Experimental results demonstrate that accuracy of the proposed algorithm is a little higher than the existing homomorphic encryption algorithms, what's more, the communication and computational complexity are decreased greatly. This method also has certain significance for information security research under cloud computing environment in the big data era.
