摘要
目的探讨8周的基础军训(basic military training,以下简称BMT)对入伍新兵的血脂的影响。方法将新疆边防部队2015年度入警的49名男性新兵(年龄:18.79±1.50岁)依据体质指数(body mass index,以下简称BMI)分为3组,其中低体重组(BMI<18.5 kg/m^2)17人,正常体重组(18.5 kg/m^2≤BMI<24.9 kg/m^2)19人,超重组(BMI≥24.9 kg/m^2)13人。分别在8周BMT前、后测量身高,体重,腰围,体质指数及血脂。结果经过8周的BMT,超重组BMI下降的幅度(9.19%)明显大于正常体重组(-1.54%)及低体重组(-6.33%);血脂各组分的改善程度超重组也明显大于正常体重组及低体重组。结论入伍新兵血脂各组分的改善程度与BMI下降的幅度密切相关,BMI下降的幅度越大,血脂各组分的改善越明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of 8-week basic military training(BMT) on new conscripts' blood lipid.Methods A total of 49 new male conscripts of Xinjiang Frontier Armed Police(age:18.79±1.50y) in 2015 were allocated for three groups by body mass index(BMI):underweight group(BMI18.5kg/m2,n=17),normal weight group(18.5 kg/m2≤BMI24.9 kg/m2,n=19),overweight group(BM≥24.9 kg/m2,n=13).Height,weight,waist circumference,BMI and blood lipid were measured and recorded at the beginning and the end of 8-week BMT.Results After 8-week BMT,the decrease of BMI was obvious in the overweight subjects(9.19%) when compared to the normal weight subjects(-1.54%) and the underweight subjects(-6.33%).At the same time,the improvement of the lipid profile was much more pronounced in the overweight subjects when compared to the normal weight subjects and the underweight subjects.Conclusion For the new conscripts,the improvement of the lipid profile is closely related with BMI loss.The larger the decrease of BMI,the greater the improvement of the blood lipid.
