摘要
乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）以准种的形式存在，准种是乙型肝炎（HB）发病机制和耐药研究的重要基础。HBV准种的研究对HB疾病进展的评估、HBV耐药的预测、治疗方案的调整及个体化治疗的实施具有重要意义。本文对HBV准种的研究进展做一综述。
Hepatitis B virus exists in the form of quasispecie~ Quasispecies are an important basis for the pathogenesis and drug resistance of hepatitis B viru~ Researches for quasispecies could contribute to evaluating the progress of disease, predicting drug resistance, adjusting the therapeutic regimen and performing individual treatment.
