摘要
科学地评价生态产业系统发展环境,对于系统的优化与持续发展尤为重要。文章首先以推拉理论为基础,找寻出促进生态产业系统发展的推力、拉力和中间因素,构建出生态产业系统评价指标体系;然后运用熵权TOPSIS方法,对29个省市的生态产业系统发展环境进行了实证评价;最后依据评价结果,重点分析了京津冀三地在技术研发、经济与信息链关联度、资源和工业废弃物等方面分别占有的优势,提出实现京津冀生态产业系统协同发展的对策建议。
The scientific evaluation of development environment of eco industry system is particularly important for systemoptimization and sustainable development. This paper firstly found out the push, pull and middle factors that promote thedevelopment of eco industrial system on the basics of push and pull theory, and built the index system of eco industrial systemevaluation; secondly, an empirical analysis on the developing environment of eco industry systems of the 29 provincesand cities was made with the entropy weight TOPSIS method; finally, the author selectively analyzed the advantage overtechnology research, connectivity of economy and information, resource and industrial waste of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebeiaccording to the results of evaluation, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the coordinated developmentof eco industrial system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
