摘要
采用文献资料法和访谈法,对我国体育彩票政策的演变过程进行梳理,从政策学角度分析了体育彩票政策的数量变化、制定主体及内容、执行方式的演进,指出我国体育彩票政策演进过程中存在的问题,为我国体彩票政策的完善提供参考。
By using the method of literature and interview, the research sorts out the evolution process of China＇s sportslottery policy, and analyzes the number variety, making subject and content, execution mode of evolution of sportslottery policy from the perspective of policy. It points out that problems exist in China＇s sports lottery policy evolution,provide a reference for the perfection of Chinese lottery policy.
