摘要
目的对比观察在妇女产后放置吉妮致美节育环与金属单环对避孕依从性与避孕成功率的影响。方法选取兴宁市人口和计划生育服务站2013年10月至2015年10月收治的300例产后放置宫内节育器妇女为研究对象,根据产后放置节育环避孕方式分为金属单环组与吉妮致美节育环组,金属单环组146例均在产后放置金属单环避孕,吉妮致美节育环组154例均在产后放置吉妮致美节育环避孕,对比观察两组女性12个月内的避孕依从性、避孕成功率。结果吉妮致美节育环组12个月内的避孕依从性、避孕成功率显著高于金属单环组(P<0.05);不良反应率显著低于金属单环组(P<0.05)。结论对妇女产后放置吉妮致美节育环,其避孕依从性更高,与金属单环相比可达到更好的避孕效果,成功率更高,且不良反应更低,因此具有临床推广应用的价值。
Objective To compare the impact placed Jeanne IUD single ring of metal on contraception and contraceptive success rate of compliance in postpartum women. Methods A randomized into my department from October 2013 to October 2015 300 cases of postpartum IUD insertion women for the study, according to postpartum placed contraceptive ring is divided into single metal ring group and Jeanne IUD group metal single ring group 146 cases were placed in a single metal ring postpartum contraception, Jeanne IUD group 154 cases were placed Jeanne IUD contraception in postpartum, comparative study of two groups of female contraception compliance within 12 months of contraceptive success rate. Results Jeanne IUD contraceptive group compliance within 12 months of contraceptive success rate was significantly higher than that of single metal ring group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the metal single ring group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Place Jeanne IUD for postpartum women, the contraceptive higher compliance with a single metal ring can achieve better contraceptive efficacy compared to a higher success rate and lower adverse reactions, it has the value of clinical application.
