摘要
目的了解2012年以来南宁市某社区免费教育机构学前儿童健康水平情况,为相关部门评佔学前免费教育效果提供参考,亦为推进该区学前教育机构卫生保健T作提供参考.方法收集该区2012-2015年学前教育机构在同儿童体检信息,州流行病学方法分析实施免费教育前后儿童发育状况和疾病指标的差异.结果2012-2015年该区学前教育机构非户籍儿童人数逐年上升,发育异常和疾病检出率差异的总体率比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,但各指标项进行年间比较均未显示健康状况逐年改善的规律;不同性质教育机构呼吸道感染检出率均呈现上升趋势（P〈0.01）,民办教育机构生长迟缓检出率呈下降趋势（P〈0.01）.结论该区教育机构学前儿童健康水平未得到逐年改善,可能的影响因素是儿童基础健康水平较低、卫生保健T作水平和非户籍流动儿童比例逐年升高等,需进一步加强学前教育机构卫生保健下作,加强儿童卫生保健政策利州,理顺机制,提高儿童健康总体水平.
Objective To understand health situation of preprimary children in free education institutions of a community in Nanning since 2012,so as to provide reference for the relevant departments to assess the effect of preprimary free education as well as to provide reference for preschool education institutions to promote health care in this community. Methods Non-local children5 s physical examination information of the preprimary education institutions from 2012 to 2015 was collected and the differences of the children growth conditions and disease indexes before and after the implementation of free education were analyzed by epidemiological methods. Results The number of non-local children of preprimary education institution in this community raised year by year during the period of 2012 ？ 2015.Difference of overall rate of dysplasia and disease detec-tion rates was statistically significant（P〈0.0 1） .However,the comparison of each index items did not show the law of impro-ving the health of the year.The detection rates of respiratory tract infections in children in different kinds of education institu-tions showed an upward trend （P 〈0.01） , and the rate of growth retardation in children of private educational institutions showed a decreasing trend（ P〈0.01） .Conclusion Preprimary children5 s health of education institutions in the this commu-nity have not been improved year by year,and possible influence factors are children5 s basic health levels are low,level of health care work and the proportion of non-local migrant children increase year by year. Thus,it ’ s necessary to further strengthen the work of health care for preprimary education institutions, strengthen the use of children5 s health care policy, straighten out the mechanism and improve the overall level of children5 s health.
