摘要
城市主体体育权利既是历史范畴,也是当代热点话题,伴随社会政治、经济和生态环境的变化,城市主体体育权利的诉求也日益高涨。特别是我国部分城市的定位打上了体育的烙印,就有必要分析城市主体体育权利与城市发展的关系。文中首先从经济、政治、生活和生态等方面探讨了认知城市主体体育权利的范式,然后基于全球视野和案例分析了城市在经济、政治和体育全球化发展条件下体育权利的变迁,最后讨论讨了我国城市化进程中,城市主体体育权利发展必须直面的话语与行动、权利与制度以及名声与民生等方面城市主体体育权利的矛盾问题。
Urban main body sports rights is a historical category,also a current hot topic. Along with the change of the social,political,economic and ecological environment,urban sports rights are appealing. Especially some cities in our country emphasize on the relation with sports,it is necessary to analysis the urban sports rights that is important in city development. This paper starts from the aspects such as economy,politics,life and ecology to probes into the cognitive paradigm of urban sports rights,and then under the city＇s economic,political,and sports globalization,uses global views to look at the influence of sports right,finally discusses the process of urbanization in China,the urban sports right must be faced some contradiction problems including the right issues between the words and actions,privilege and system,people＇s livelihood and fame.
