摘要
结合工作经验,分析了目前公路招投标工作中存在的问题,从落实项目法人责任制、遵守招投标程序、提高标书质量、合理管理标价等方面,阐述了公路招投标的改进策略,保障了招投标的公正公平性。
Combining with the work experience,this paper analyzed the existing problems in current highway bidding work,from the implementation of project legal person responsibility system,comply with the bidding procedures,improvement the bid document quality,reasonable price and other aspects,elaborated the improvement strategy of highway bidding,guaranteed the fairness of bidding.
