摘要
轮胎硫化是轮胎生产工艺中的关键环节,实际生产中外温蒸汽的供热量占总供热量的70%左右,通过对热板式硫化机外温的蒸汽疏水方式进行研究分析,做好对轮胎硫化机的外压蒸汽高精度的温度控制和蒸汽的高效利用,能有效降低企业的能源消耗。
