多项式拟合优化选煤厂产品结构的设计验证

摘要 随着煤炭消费量逐渐下滑、煤炭的销售困难,永煤集团的末精煤售价在快速下滑,而同期末原煤的售价降幅较低。为取得更好的经济效益,"统筹考虑生产销售因素,优化产品结构"是科学又有效的方法。顺和选煤厂统计分析了近期14个月的生产销售情况,研究制订了关键指标,通过利用Excel的多项式拟合功能,建立有效的数据评估体系。然后优化产销布局,验证相应数据,得出了准确的结论:采用数据拟合分析,设计合适的产品结构,可以明显提高经济效益。 With the decline of coal consumption gradually and the difficulties of coal sales,the price of fine cleaned coal in Yongcheng Coalamp;Electricity Group is declined,and the price of power station coal is reduced slightly.To achieve better economic benefits,"overall consideration of the production and marketing factors,optimize the product structure"; is a scientific and effective method.The recent 14 months the situation of production and sales was analysed by Shunhe coal preparation plant,the key indicators were also studied and formulated,then data evaluation system was established through the application of the polynomial fitting function in Excel.Through optimizing the distribution of production and marketing,verifying the corresponding data,the correct conclusion was drawn:it can significantly improve the economic efficiency based on the data fitting analysis and the design of a suitable product structure.
