摘要
荀子虽是儒家思想的代表人物,但是荀子的核心思想体系却与孟子不同。孟子从孔子的"仁"出发,抓住了"仁"内在的"心性",故从"己内"的不忍人之心去论证如何达到"仁"的最高境界,得出了"人性善"的结论。而荀子则抓住了孔子"仁"的重要表现形式"礼",通过"礼"的实现回到"仁",也就是说以"礼"为切入点,一旦克己复礼便归"仁"焉。故荀子从如何达到"仁"上去筹划,从"隆礼"上去宰制人的行为,把"隆礼"当作归"仁"的最高境界,形成了以"礼义"为主要特征的思想体系。若从管理科学的人性假设而言,孟子主张向内求,从人性善的假设上去立足;而荀子则由从管理的环节上入手,从管理的层次及管理层次之间的调节上入手,一个重视管理的前提,一个关注管理的具体过程。
Although Xun Zi was also the representative of Confucianism, his core ideology was different from Mencius. From Confucius' s 'Benevolence', Mencius captured the 'Nature of mind' of 'Benevolence', so he demonstrated how to achieve the highest state of 'Benevolence' from mind of man's tolerance. Therefore, the idea of'Good human nature' was concluded. While Xun Zi held the important manifestation 'Etiquette' of Confucius'Benevolence' to express his idea, coming back to the 'Benevolence', that is to say, he took 'Etiquette' as the breakthrough point, advocated 'Deny self and return to propriety'. Once adhered to the 'Deny self and return to propriety', 'Benevolence' can be realized. Therefore, for Xun Zi, his idea was started at how to achieve'Benevolence', and then dominated man's behavior from'Worshiping ceremony', took'Worshiping etiquette'as the highest state of 'Benevolence'. So the'Etiquette and morality' as the main characteristics of the ideological system is formed. In terms of management science and humanity hypothesis, Mencius advocated seeking from inner, and supported good human nature; while Xun Zi started from the link of management, from the adjustment of management levels and adjustment between the management levels. One attached great importance to the management premise, the other focused on the specific process of management.
