摘要
VEGF家族即血管内皮生长因子家族,包括VEGF-A/B/C/D/E及PIGF(胎盘生长因子),它们在人类的各种病理及生理过程中发挥着重要的作用。其中,VEGF-C/D及其受体VEGFR-3主要在淋巴管生成中发挥作用,可以促进淋巴管的生成及淋巴管内皮细胞的生长。对其在肝癌淋巴道转移中的研究可以帮助早期发现淋巴道转移,从而及早治疗提高患者生存率。
Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） family is a large family including VEGF-A/B/C/D/E and Placenta growth factor （PIGF）, which play important roles in various pathological and physiological processes. Among them, VEGF-C/D and its receptor VEGFR-3 are mainly involved in the process of lymphatic formation, which could promote the formation of lymphatic vessels and accelerate the growth of lymphatic endothelial cells. So the research about the lymphatic metastasis of liver cancer could improve the survival rate of patients through detect the lymphatic metastasis in early stage.
