摘要 肿瘤干细胞学说是目前肿瘤研究中最主要的学说之一,认为其与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cells,CSCs)与干细胞的特点极为相似。虽然数量稀少但对于肿瘤的起源、复发和转移有决定性作用。本文将对肿瘤干细胞的起源、增殖、转移及其产生免疫耐受等生物学特性的研究进行相关概述,旨在为肿瘤干细胞在临床治疗中的应用提供理论依据。 The cancer stem cells (CSCs) theory has been regarded as the major mechanism for the origin and progress of cancer. CSCs have similar characteristics with stem cells. Rarely quantity of CSCs is posited to play an important role in tumor initiation, recurrence and metastasis. We review the researches about the advance in biological properties of CSCs associated with origin, proliferation, metastasis and immune tolerance of cancer cells. We try to provide reliable and applicable targets for the clinical treatment of cancer.
