摘要
中药何首乌乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶过滤和高效液相制备等方法进行分离纯化,通过1D-NMR,2D-NMR和HR-ESI-MS等波谱学方法鉴定分得化合物的结构,共分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-(2″-O-对羟基苯甲酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),2,4,6,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),大黄素-8-甲醚(6)。其中化合物1为新化合物。
Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the tuberous root of Polygonum multifiorum by silical gel, ODS revsered-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated as column chromatography over: 2, 3, 5, 4 '-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-( 2-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl ) β-D-glucoside (1) , 2 , 3, 5, 4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D- glucoside (2) ,2, 4, 6, 4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside ( 3 ), emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), physcion-8-O-β-D-glu- copyranoside(5), and 8-O-methyl-emodin(6) on the basis of spectral analysis. Compound 1 is a new stilbene glycoside.
