摘要 采用试验的方法研究正交铺层层合板的1型断裂韧性,采用T800s/M21预浸料,针对不同铺层方案进行了试验。使用两边缺口拉伸试样,根据Bazant提出的尺寸效应对断裂韧性的影响,在长宽比不变的情况下,设计不同尺寸的试样(44,52,60,68,76,84,92,100 mm)进行试验。数据的处理采用2种不同方法,分别由Bao等和Bazant提出,并与文献中的结果进行了对比。通过比较结果并结合断口形貌的分析可知:尺寸效应和铺层对断裂韧性有的不同影响。 An experimental investigation on the mode-1 intralaminar toughness of cross-ply laminated composites with different layups manufactured using TS00S/M21 prepregs was presented in this report. The type of pre-eracked specimen that used was double edge notched tension (DENT) specimen. Widths of the specimens were 44, 52, 60, 68, 76, 84, 92, 100 mm with the same notch length/width ratio of 0.5 to study the size effect based on the size effect law proposed by Bazant. The loads as well as the displacements during the failure were monitored. The limitation of present data reduction methods from ASTM E399 was discussed; two different data reduction schemes were used and the results were compared to published data. The failure modes of all specimens were discussed based on the fractography analysis. Nominal strengths of all the specimens were measured to study the size effect and the results were compared with Bazant' s work.
