摘要
某机载电子设备支臂铸件选用ZL205A合金,结合支臂铸件结构特性及合金工艺性能,选用树脂砂重力铸造工艺。借助ProCAST软件对ZL205A支臂铸件流场、温度场与固相率进行了仿真计算优化,确定了最佳工艺参数,实现了支臂铸件自外向内与自下而上的顺序凝固,研制出了ZL205A支臂铸件。经T6热处理,ZL205A支臂铸件肋板本体剖切平均抗拉强度、屈服强度与伸长率分别为485 MPa、430 MPa与7.8%。
A bracket was produced with ZL205 Aaluminum alloy.Combining with the structure formability and solidification characteristics analysis,the gravity pouring was adopted,and distribution of solidification field,temperature field and solid phase were calculated by the ProCAST softwate.The optimized process parameters were determined,and the solidification sequence from outside to inside and from bottom to top was achieved,improving the quality of the solidification metallurgical and meeting the technical requirements.The average tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the bracket after T6 treatment reach up to 485 MPa,430 MPa and 7.8%,respectively.
