摘要
根据山焦外排废水的水质特点,实施了生化出水深度处理回用和新鲜水系统重复利用改造两个项目。生化出水深度处理采用"树脂吸附+脱盐"工艺,处理后出水COD≤30 mg/L、氨氮≤5 mg/L、硬度<5μmol/L、电导率<10μs/cm,用作锅炉补水;新鲜水系统重复利用的改造采用低压蒸汽喷射制冷技术,将第二回收车间初冷器退水水温从32℃降至16℃后,循环利用。焦化废水深度处理回用项目的实施,具有较好的环境效益和经济利益。
Based on the wastewater quality of Shanxi Coking Group Company Limited, two projects are implemented: advanced treatment of the biochemical effluent and reuse of fresh water system. "Resin adsorption + desalination" technology is adopted for advanced treatment of the biochemical effluent. After the treatment, the effluent has following spec: COD ≤30 mg/ L, ammonium nitrogen ≤5 mg/L, hardness ≤5 μmol/L, conductivity 〈10 μs/cm, and it can be used as boiler make-up water. Low pressure steam jet refrigeration technology is adopted for reuse of fresh water system, the temperature of the recession water of primary cooler in the second recycling workshop drop from 32 ℃ to 16 ℃ before recycling it. Advanced treatment of coking wastewater and recycling project has good environmental and economic benefits.
