摘要
目的观察黄连膏外敷配合艾条灸熏烤治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法将80例压疮患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予黄连膏外敷配合艾条灸熏烤治疗。对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后采用压疮愈合量表(PUSH)评分均明显下降,其中治疗组PUSH评分下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用黄连膏外敷配合艾条灸熏烤治疗压疮,可促进创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huanglian ointment combined with moxibustion in treatment of pressure sores. Methods 80 cases of patients with pressure sores were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, treatment group was given the Huanglian ointment combined with moxibustion on the basis of control group. Compare the clinical efficacies between the two groups. Results T test was used for data analysis, the bedsore healing scale （PUSH） scores of both groups significantly decreased, treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Huanglian ointment combined with moxibustion can promote wound healing and reduce the pain in treatment of pressure sores.
