降低2号蝶阀油压装置故障次数

摘要 小组成员通过头脑风暴法对引起2号蝶阀油压装置软启动报"OCF"过电流的各个原因进行分析,共找出15条末端原因,确定2个主要原因。之后针对主要原因制订对策并实施,最终降低了2号蝶阀油压装置的故障次数,实现了QC小组活动的预定目标。 Team members analyze all reasons of causing soft start of No. 2 butterfly valve hydraulic device to report ' OCF' over-current through brainstorming method. A total of 15 terminal reasons are discovered. Two main reasons are determined. Then, countermeasures are formulated and implemented aiming at main reasons. Failure frequency of No. 2 butterfly valve hydraulic device is finally reduced, thereby realizing estimated target of QC group activity.
