摘要
基于协同学基本原理,以集对分析中的联系度代替协同度,构建了水资源与社会经济系统协同评价模型,对安徽省16个地级市2007—2013年的水资源与社会经济系统发展的协同情况进行分析。结果表明:近年来安徽省水资源与社会经济系统之间的协同程度总体不高,其中:宣城、池州、安庆以及黄山处于低度协同状态,而合肥、淮北、亳州、宿州、蚌埠、阜阳、淮南、滁州、六安、马鞍山、芜湖以及铜陵处于不协同发展状态;皖南地区的协同程度总体上比皖北地区的协同程度高。
Based on the basic principles of synergetics, the cooperative evaluation model of water resources system and social economical system was built, which substituted the contact degree of set pair analysis （ SPA） for synergetic degree, and the synergy situation of the development between water resources system and social economical system in 16 cities of Anhui Province from 2007 to 2013 was studied. The results show that the synergy degree of water resources system and social economical system in Anhui Province is not high in recent years; among them, Xuancheng, Chizhou, Anqing and Huangshan are in a state of low synergy; however, Hefei, Huaibei, Bozhou, Suzhou, Bengbu, Fuyang, Huainan, Chuzhou, Liu＇ an,Ma＇ anshan,Wuhu and Tongling are not synergetic; synergy degree in the south of Anhui Province is in generally higher than that of in the northern areas, which basically conforms to the actual situation of natural resources and social development.
