摘要
文中从变频驱动的不足之处着手,设计了一种性能可靠、价格低廉的机械软起动装置,尤其在大功率应用场合更能显示出其优势;该设计主要采用行星齿轮传动与摩擦传动相结合,通过控制辅助液压系统的输出工作油压力的大小,来改变摩擦传动组件内摩擦片与钢片之间摩擦力的大小,从而实现空载起动和软起动的功能;不仅降低了设备投资和维护成本,而且降低了装机功率,节省电能消耗。
This paper designs a kind of reliable and low cost mechanical soft start device, it has many advantages especially in high power applications. This design combines the planetary gear transmission and fric tion drive system, which can control the output oil pressure of the auxiliary hydraulic system to change the frict ion force between the frict ion plates and steel plates, so that the function of no-load starting and soft starting is realized. Itw ill not only reduce the equipment investment and maintenance cost, but also decrease the installed power and power consumption.
