摘要
发动机装配车间管理水平低下、生产过程可视程度低等因素影响着发动机的装配质量,也是制约发动机制造企业发展的关键因素之一。针对这一问题,在分析发动机装配过程特点基础上,构建了面向发动机装配过程的可视化监测与控制系统(VMSE),实现了对装配过程的实时、精确、全方位监控。然后,详细阐述了系统的体系架构、硬件架构、运行流程,并通过应用实例,验证了该系统的可行性和有效性。
The low management level of engine assembly workshop and low monitoring degree of production process affect the assembly quality of engine, and also restrict the development of engine manufacturing enterprises. Aiming at that, based on the analysis of engine assembly characteristics, the visualization monitoring system of engine assembly process ( VMSE) is constructed, which realizes the omnidirectional monitoring in real time. Then, the management architecture, hardware structure and running flow are explained in details. Finally, through the application example, the feasibi lity and effectiveness of the system are verified.
