摘要
湖南资源型城市具有产业支持,但结构单一,需要大力发展多元化产业体系,这又需要高效、有力的土地差别化供应政策支持。因此要加强湖南资源型城市土地利用政策创新,为湖南资源型城市发展开拓新的制度空间。
As the resource-based city,Hunan province has the industry support and needs to vigorously develop the diversified industrial system due toits singlestructure,which needs efficient and different land supply policy support. Therefore,we should strengthen the innovation of land use policy in resource-based cities of Hunan province to explore the new system space for the development of resource-based cities of Hunan province.
