摘要 介绍宁波轨道交通2号线35 k V供电系统使用基于IEC 61850/GOOSE的城市轨道交通中压全面智能电流选跳保护方案,为确保智能电流选跳方案的可靠性,以整体方案、GOOSE通道检测、EMC、现场验证为要素,从项目开始实施到正式送电进行多次验证,如国家开普实验室验证、现场调试组网验证、现场试验验证等,经过上述验证证明,基于IEC 61850/GOOSE的城市轨道交通中压全面智能电流选跳解决方案可以满足大分区供电系统的选择性和灵敏性,提升整体电力系统的可靠性。 IEC61850/GOOSE based MV smart current selective trip solution is applied to the 35kV power supplied system of Ningbo Metro Line 2. In order to ensure the reliability of smart current selective trip solution, this project makes several validations test from the beginning to the end such as the validation of Ketop Laboratory, on - site testing with network, on - site testing, etc. Through these mentioned validations, it is proved that IEC 61850/GOOSE based MV smart current selective trip solution can fulfill the selectiveness and sensitivity of large grid power supply system and it will enhance the overall reliability of the power system.
