摘要
目前我国建筑行业正在加快发展绿色建筑,从而减少因建筑带来的环境污染和能源消耗的问题,但是与其相关的法规制度、标准、政策以及技术手段还不够健全。通过对绿色建筑的内涵以及发展绿色建筑意义的阐述,并分析绿色建筑在我国发展的现状、相关政策及将来所面临的挑战和所处的困境,提出一些具有建设性的意见。
In contemporary society, our country is to enhance the development of green building construction industry, which reduces environmental pollution and energy consumption. However, the relevant laws, regulations, standards, policies and technology are not perfect enough. Based on the connotation and meaning of green buildings, the author analyzes the present situation of green building development in our country, relevant policies and challenges, and then gives some constructive suggestions towards these issues.
