摘要
当前页岩气勘探领域大都引用中石油或中石化领域的技术标准,其应用的前提大都是5 000 m以上、甚至上万m以上的深孔或超深孔钻井工程。而湘西北区域地质条件复杂、裂隙发育,易造成钻井液漏失或地层坍塌。该区域的页岩气钻井深度目的层在3 500 m以内,平均在3 000 m左右,为此对其部分技术参数的选用值得商榷和探讨。结合花垣、永顺、龙山、保靖和桑植五大区块的页岩气资源普查评价与钻井工程的实践资料,采用Eaton法预测地层压力,建立湘西北区块地层压力剖面,推算出该地区的地层压力系数为1.1;通过钻井液、水泥浆和前置液做相溶配伍性试验,取得了该区域固井用水泥浆液性能参数,提出了现场作业的工艺技术参数和水泥环胶结质量评价推荐标准。
At present, in shale gas exploration domain, mostly have quoted technical norms from CNPC or Sinopec, their premise of application are mostly deep or ultra-deep drilling projects over 5000 meters, even over than ten thousand meters. While regional geological condition in the northwestern Hunan area is complicated with developed fissures, easy to cause drilling fluid loss or strata collapsing. The target horizon depth of shale gas exploration is less than 3500m, average about 3000m. For this reason, the selection of part technological parameters is worth to discuss. Based on shale gas resources prospecting assessment and practical drilling data from five large blocks of Huayuan, Yongshun, Longshan, Baojing and Sangzhi, using the Eaton method to predict strata pressure, establish northwestern Hunan strata pressure sections, and estimated strata pressure coefficient is 1.1 in the area. Through the compatibility and consistency test of drilling fluid, cement slurry and prepad fluid, achieved cement slurry performance parameters for well consolidation in the area;put forward site operation technological parameters and cement sheath bonding quality assessment recommended standard.
