摘要
目的将不同产区的臭灵丹区分开来,为臭灵丹资源的品质评价和质量控制提供理论依据。方法利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了13个不同产区臭灵丹矿物质元素含量,用主成分和聚类分析方法对臭灵丹中矿物质元素进行评价。结果通过主成分分析得出4个主成分即可对臭灵丹进行综合评价,可解释实验数据的85.842%,并将Cu、Zu、Pb、Ni、Mn、K、P确定为臭灵丹药材特征元素。结论运用聚类分析将13个不同产区的臭灵丹分为4类,可将不同产区的臭灵丹区分开来,在一定程度上体现了臭灵丹的道地性。
Objective To provide the theoretical support for quality evaluation and identification of Laggerapterodonta which grow in different areas. Methods The mineral elements were tested (Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Mn, B, P, K and N) in 13 Laggera pterodonta samples collected from 13 different main growing regions by using inductively coupled plasma - atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP -AES) , then they were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) and clusteranalysis (CA). Results Four main ele- ments were obtained from Laggera pterodonta samples by using PCA, which could explain the 85. 842% of experimental data; Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Mn, K, P were confirmed the characteristic elements of Laggera pterodonta. Conclusion Thirteen Laggera pter- odonta samples were classified into four groups by using CA, which reflected the regional characteristics of Laggera pterodonta, of- fered the theoretical support for quality evaluation and identification of Laggera pterodonta.
