摘要
利用环境友好型漆酶及漆酶-介体体系对羊毛织物进行表面改性,研究了漆酶和介体(TEMPO)用量对羊毛织物的表面改性和性能影响。结果表明,漆酶或TEMPO无法实现羊毛织物的表面改性;漆酶-TEMPO介体体系可实现羊毛织物的表面改性及性能改善,并且随着体系内TEMPO用量的增加,羊毛织物的表面润湿性、染深性和抗毡缩性能呈增强的趋势,但并不影响羊毛织物的失重率和力学稳定性。漆酶-TEMPO介体体系有望成为既不损伤羊毛织物,又可实现羊毛织物表面改性、提高表面润湿性、染深性和抗毡缩性能的绿色酶加工工艺;并进一步推测漆酶-TEMPO介体体系表面改性羊毛织物的机理。
Environment-friendly laccase, mediator (TEMPO) and a laccase-mediator (TEMPO) system are applied to modify the surface of wool fabric for improving the properties, respectively. The effects of their concentrations on hydrophilicity, dyeing depth and anti-felting properties of wool fabric are studied. The results show that only laccase or TEMPO is not effective on surface modification, however, laccase- TEMPO system can improve the properties of wool fabric without weight and strength loss, and the hy- drophilicity, dyeing depth and anti-felting properties of wool fabric increase with the increase in TEMPO concentration in laccase-TEMPO system. Finally, a possible mechanism of laccase-TEMPO system working on wool fabric is proposed based on fore mentioned results.
