摘要
目的 研究优质护理在体检采血后对穿刺点按压方式的应用效果。方法 以分组研究的方式对2014年8月-2015年8月于我院进行体检采血的98例体检人员进行观察,将其依照入院顺序分为常规组和优质组,每组均有49例患者。在采血后对穿刺点按压时,对常规组人员实施常规护理方式,对优质组人员则实施优质护理方式,观察两组体检人员的瘀斑、血肿等情况的发生率。结果 两组数据进行对比分析可知,常规组瘀斑、血肿等情况发生率为16.33%,优质组的发生率则为2.04%,优质组的发生率低于常规组,且P〈0.05,数据差异存在统计学意义。结论 在体检采血后对穿刺点按压时采用优质护理可起到较为良好的应用效果。
Objective To study the application effect of quality care in the examination of blood puncture pressing way. Methods From August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital for medical examination of 98 cases of physical examination. According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into routine group and high quality group,with 49 cases in each group. When pressed on the puncture site after blood collection,Routine nursing methods were implemented to the routine group,and the quality of the high quality group was implemented. To observe the incidence of two groups of medical personnel,the hematoma and ecchymosis. Results The two sets of data were analyzed showed that the conventional group of ecchymosis,hematoma were occurred in 16.33%,the high quality group was 2.04%. The occurrence rate of high quality group was lower than that of the conventional group,and P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion When pressed after puncture blood examination using high-quality care can play a more good effect.
