摘要
目的研究分析综合护理措施在精神分裂症患者康复治疗过程中的应用效果分析。方法我院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者中选取80例作为本次研究对象。随机均分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者在此基础上采用综合护理措施。比较两组患者护理效果。结果经护理干预后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分下降程度高于对照组的患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组的患者(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在患者康复治疗过程中,能够减少患者焦虑、忧郁等负面情绪,提高了治疗的有效率,促进患者康复。
Objective To study the effectiveness of comprehensive care in patients with schizophrenia rehabilitation process. Methods We selected 80 schizophrenias treating in our hospital to regard as research subjects. Were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group were treated with routine nursing care,the observation group were treated with comprehensive care on this basis. Comparing care outcomes. Results After nursing intervention,decreasing levels of the SAS,SDS score in the observation group was significantly higher in the control group（P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive care can reduce anxiety,depression and other negative emotions in the schizophrenias during treatment,effectively improve the effectiverness of the treatment,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
