摘要
目的 研究冠心病心肌缺血患者接受通心络联合阿司匹林治疗的效果。方法 对2014年3月-2015年3月我院收治的冠心病心肌缺血患者231例进行分析,将患者分成对照组115例和治疗组116例,治疗组使用阿司匹林联合通心络治疗,对照组使用阿司匹林治疗,比较分析两组的临床效果。结果 经过治疗后,治疗组的临床有效率是97.41%,对照组的治疗有效率是72.18%,两组的治疗有效率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 冠心病心肌缺血患者接受通心络联合阿司匹林治疗的临床有效率高,患者的心肌缺血症状得到改善。
Objective To study the effect of combined aspirin therapy on patients with myocardial ischemia. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,231 cases of coronary heart disease with myocardial ischemia in our hospital were chosen for analyze,these patients were divided into control group（115 cases）and the treatment group（116 cases）. Patients in treatment group were treated with aspirin and Tongxinluo treatment,control group was treated with aspirin,comparative analysed the clinical effect of the two groups. Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.41%,the control group was 72.18%,there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia receiving combined therapy of Tongxinluo and aspirin,the clinical effective rate is high.
