氨溴索对新生儿肺炎血清炎性介质、心肌酶谱及肺功能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Ambroxol on Serum Inflammatory Mediators and Myocardial Enzymes and Pulmonary Function for Neonatal Pneumonia

摘要 目的对肺炎患儿使用氨溴索进行治疗,探讨分析对患儿机体内血清炎性介质、心肌酶谱及肺功能等相关指标的影响。方法将纳入我院收治的新生儿肺炎患儿92例,通过随机分配为两组即对照组及观察组,每组各46例,对照组使用常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上另加用氨溴索药物,经治疗后对两组治疗前后患儿体内的血清炎性介质、心肌酶谱及肺功能各指标进行分析比较。结果治疗前两组患儿血清炎性介质、心肌酶谱及肺功能指标值差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后观察组的治疗效果均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索用于治疗新生儿肺炎可有效改善患儿体内的血清炎性介质、心肌酶谱及肺功能状态。 Objective Using ambroxol in treatment of children with pneumonia,to analyzes the influence on the serum levels of inflammatory mediators in body,myocardial enzyme spectrum and lung function and other related indexes. Methods Included in our hospital 92 cases of neonatal pneumonia,randomly assigned to two groups by the control group and observation group,46 cases in each group. Control group using conventional treatment,observation group on the basis of control group plus ambroxol. Before and after treatment,in children with serum inflammatory mediators,myocardial enzyme spectrum and lung function were analyzed and compared. Results Before treatment,the two groups with serum inflammatory mediators,myocardial enzyme spectrum and lung function index had no significant difference(P〉0.05). After treatment the curative effect of observation group were better than control group,difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol for the treatment of neonatal pneumonia in children,can improve the body's serum inflammatory mediators,myocardial enzymes and lung function effect.
