摘要
目的 研究老年烧伤合并神经损伤患者接受早期整形手术的效果。方法选择2010年6月-2012年6月我院收治的40例深II度烧伤合并神经损伤老年患者来进行研究,分成早期手术组和晚期手术组,均有20例,早期手术组患者在受伤后5 d内进行一期手术,1个月内行二期手术。晚期手术患者伤后7 d开始一期手术,3个月内进行二期手术,对比两组的手术结果。结果 早期手术组患者的感觉功能明显改善比例是85%,部分改善病例比例是10%,没有改善病例比例是5%,晚期手术组患者明显改善比例是45%,部分改善比例是35%,无改善比例是20%,两组结果对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 老年烧伤合并神经损伤患者接受早期整形手术治疗的临床效果突出,患者的感觉功能恢复情况优于晚期手术。
Objective To study the effect of early plastic surgery in patients with burn injury and nerve injury. Methods From June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital from 40 cases of deep II degree burn complicated with nerve injury in elderly patients to study and divided into two groups： early surgery group and late surgery group,have 20 cases,early surgery group were injured after 5 days in a period of operation,1 month expert second stage surgery. 7 days after surgery,patients with advanced surgery started a first phase operation,3 months after the two surgery,compared with the results of the two groups of surgery. Results The sensory function of the early operation group were significantly improved,the proportion was 85%,part of the improvement in the proportion of 10%,no improvement in the proportion of 5%. The late surgery group were significantly improved in the proportion of 45%,the part improved of the proportion was 35%,the proportion of no improvement was 20%,the two sets of results comparison difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of early plastic surgery in elderly burn patients with nerve injury is outstanding,and the recovery of sensory function is better than that of the patients with advanced surgery
