摘要
目的 对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果进行观察分析。方法 选取我院2014年2月-2015年11月收治的94例卵巢囊肿患者,按照随机数表法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,对照组患者接受开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,比较临床效果。结果 观察组患者各项手术指标均优于对照组患者,并发症发生率为8.51%,低于对照组患者的21.28%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿效果突出,可有效优化患者各项手术指标,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in the treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods Selected our hospital who admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2015 in 94 patients with ovarian cyst,according to the randomnumber table method,patients were divided into observation group and control group. Observation group were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery,control group patients received laparotomy ovarian cyst stripping treatment. The clinical effects were compared. Results The observation group patients with the operation index were better than the control group patients,the incidence of complications was 8.51%,lower than the control group of 21.28%,the difference between the above groups was significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in the treatment of ovarian cysts is effective,can effectively optimize the indicators of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
